Important: By downloading, installing, or using the Rise mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. App Overview

Rise is a mobile application designed to help users reset their sleep habits through a scientifically-backed 66-day program. The app offers daily tasks, progress tracking, check-ins, and personalized sleep improvement strategies through both free and premium subscription features.

2. Subscription Services

2.1 Available Subscriptions

Rise Premium offers the following auto-renewable subscription options:

Weekly Subscription: $2.99 per week
Yearly Subscription: $59.99 per year (Most Popular - Save 62%!)

2.2 Subscription Features

2.3 Auto-Renewal Terms

Important Subscription Information:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
Weekly subscriptions renew every 7 days
Yearly subscriptions renew every 365 days
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings after purchase

3. Payment and Billing

3.1 Payment Processing

All subscription payments are processed through your device's app store (Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Payment will be charged to your app store account upon confirmation of purchase.

3.2 Price Changes

We reserve the right to modify subscription prices at any time. Price changes will not affect existing subscriptions until renewal, and you will be notified of any price changes in advance.

4. Cancellation Policy

4.1 How to Cancel

For iOS users:

Open the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad
Tap your name at the top
Tap "Subscriptions"
Find Rise and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users:

Open the Google Play Store app
Tap Menu → Subscriptions
Find Rise and tap it
Tap "Cancel Subscription"

4.2 Cancellation Terms

You can cancel your subscription at any time
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
You will continue to have access to premium features until the end of the paid period
No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods
You must cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date to avoid being charged for the next period

5. Refund Policy

All sales are final. Refund requests must be made directly through your device's app store:

iOS: Submit refund requests through Apple's Report a Problem website
Android: Request refunds through Google Play Store customer service

Rise does not control app store refund policies and cannot guarantee refund approval.

6. Free Trial (If Applicable)

If a free trial is offered, you will be charged the full subscription price when the trial period ends unless you cancel before the trial expires. Free trials are limited to one per user.

7. User Responsibilities

Provide accurate account and payment information
Maintain the security of your account credentials
Use the app in accordance with these terms
Not share your premium account access with others
Not attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Use sleep tracking and task features responsibly
Not input false health or sleep data intentionally
Follow recommended sleep practices safely and consult healthcare providers when needed

8. Health and Sleep Disclaimer

Important Health Notice: Rise is designed for general sleep improvement and habit formation. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. The 66-day program and recommendations are for educational and wellness purposes only. Users with sleep disorders or health conditions should consult healthcare professionals before making significant changes to their sleep habits.

Our 66-day program is based on general sleep science and habit formation research
Results may vary and are not guaranteed for every individual
Sleep improvement depends on many factors including health, environment, and personal commitment
Users should use their own judgment and prioritize their health and safety
The app is not a substitute for professional medical advice or sleep therapy

10. Intellectual Property

Users retain rights to their personal sleep data and input. The Rise app, methodology, and content are protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

11. Privacy

12. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Rise at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these terms or any other reason.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Changes will be effective when posted in the app or on this page. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

Rise and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the app, including but not limited to sleep-related outcomes or health effects.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the appropriate courts.
